At Gates and Railings Direct customer satisfaction is our main priority. We therefore offer a cast iron returns policy (although no one has ever used it!).

If you need to discuss a custom wrought iron purchase with us all you have to do is call us on 0191 6911338 or email us at contact@gatesandrailingsdirect.co.uk and we will discuss exactly what you need directly with you.

Customer Satisfaction

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a custom wrought iron gate from Gates and Railings Direct all you need to do is inform us, in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of your purchase.

Please ensure that you put as much information as possible in the letter or email, including a copy of the receipt (not the original), name, address, contact details and exactly what the issue is. This is to assist our team in helping you as much as possible.

A member of the iron work team will contact you and do everything we can to rectify the issue first, if that is not possible and you are still unhappy and there is absolutely nothing at all that we can do to resolve the issue then we will accept the return of your custom wrought iron gates or railings.

Unique Wrought Iron Gates

All of our wrought iron gates and railings are designed to your exact specifications, therefore returns will only be accepted for damaged wrought iron goods.

We will not accept returns for chips to paintwork or other similar incidents that we can easily rectify if you let us know about it, in nearly all circumstances any minor chips or damage can be rectified.
